Howell, the wife of Stephen Howell, and my sons Elijah Daughtry and Elisah Daughtry 5 shilling each: to my grand daughters Elizabeth Gatling and Anne Gatling, daughters of Benjamin Gatling and Mary (sic) his wife one negro, bed and furniture, etc.: to my daughter Mary (sic) Futrell, wife of John Futrell, my plantation whereon I now dwell, all my land and negroes and all the rest of my Estate. Extrs.: my wife Elizabeth and James Vinson. Wits.: James Vinson, Henry Vinson, William Bryan X his mark, Clarky Bryan X her mark.⁴
